They're not doing it. In fact, the liberal media is highlighting the Kamala crowds, wile the republican-leaning media are doing the same thing you are suggesting or not mentioning it.

It doesn't harm anything and doesn't take too much time out of the campaign to mention the lies about the Kamala rally sizes.

Victor Davis Hanson said the same thing yesterday, only much more harshly. It will be hard for PDJT because he’s triggered by the minutiae and can’t not respond. He’s very afraid Trump will blow it if he doesn’t focus.

Vance tries his best to stick to the big issues, but the media drags him down into the weeds to thwart him from getting out the message. (e.g.,, Dana Bash focusing on the cat lady comment to run out the clock on JDV’s segment.)
