What is still frustrating is that GOP voters largely refuse to hold the people they elect to any standards of accountability or results. The GOP pols know this and therefore have little incentive to be responsive to the voters.
Of course it is. Obama was taking in so many foreign credit card donations of $5-$10 it wasn’t funny. From all over the world - Never checked or audited by the FEC. Same thing likely happening here with Harris.
This article says it happened under Bill Clinton (money from China). It also mentions the reoccurring donations that people get roped into. WinRed is guilty of that too.
Late last week, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that his investigation into ActBlue has resulted in a change: the Democrat-affiliated PAC now requires CVV codes as a security measure when people make donations.
While that would help with credit card fraud, I’m not seeing how that helps with rapid donations being made in someone else’s name.

This has been going on since ‘93.
Even a sternly worded memo isn’t going to help.
