I doubt it's a lisp. It could be audio compression from Trump to Musk. Musk sounds clear, but he's probably using a professional microphone while Trump is using his cell phone and 5G transmission.

It's not a real lisp, IMO. It's just the way he's sitting, hunched over the phone.

If it was a real lisp, we'd hear it all the time.
