To be able to stay, you:
1. and your offspring under the age of 18 must not get any welfare benefit other than:
a. medical,
b. school meal, or
c. those funded by dedicated state taxation on:
(I) building permits requiring plan review issued to licensed contractors or builders,
(II) restaurant revenue,
(III) landscaping services,
(IV) other state-specified services,
2. must not violate motor vehicle insurance or licensing law,
3. must pay all fines on time,
4. must not violate a law in a manner allowing for imprisonment, fine in excess of $9,000, or case-specific interest in excess of $500,
5. (and your employer) must pay a $2,000 annual fee prior to January 3 of each year.
States may require employers to pay part or all of the $2,000 fees and bar employers from retaliation.
[Employers can avoid payment of the $2,000 fees by using E-verify to avoid hiring invaders in the first place.]
If you or your offspring receive welfare benefits in violation of 1, you may cure this by:
1. voluntarily leaving the USA within 30 days of initial notice of violation,
2. personally evidencing departure at a US embassy or consulate per regulations of the Secretary of State,
3. remaining outside US territory for at least a year,
4. repaying the full amount of the offending benefits,
5. applying at a US embassy or consulate for readmission per regulations of the Secretary of State.
All public education costs of the offspring of invaders to be paid for by a federal surtax on corporate income and governmental pensions other than Social Security and military.
Refunds of tax credits to be limited to federal student loan repayment and PPACA insurance coverage.

Mass deportation executed as policy is going to be a very ugly evolution and a lot of Americans, --even so-called conservatives (but mostly white women), are not going to have the stomach for it.
