The British monarch has considerable “reserve powers”. But I don’t believe they’ve been used since the early 1700s. Anyway, Charles has chosen a side. And it’s the wrong side.

If so, he is no longer Head of the Church of England. Can’t be both.
Perhaps start referring to the UK as the ‘CAROLINIAN CALIPHATE’.
Maybe that would get their attention. Treat him the same as his namesake.
