Scott Rasmussen, now of RMG but not of his former outfit Rasmussen Reports, has become a complete hack in the mold of Zogby. He should know not to be using RV polls. Actually, if you look at RCP, almost every poll is still using an RV screen to barely get Harris in the lead.
What is the problem. Poll is showing a 4 point drop for Harris. This is good news.
