OK these are facts:

On Christmas Eve 2020 I was managing 68 COVID inpatient beds, 20 ICU and 48 that had been converted to ICU status. We had run out of oxygen twice in December.

I have seen 3 people die from COVID since January 2021, 2 of whom had severe immune deficiency from leukemia therapy.

I have seen no COVID deaths in 2023 or 2024.

I’m not here to debate COVID, just to point out that what was well known as “COVID” in Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2020 has disappeared, SARS CoV 2 requires special conditions to cause serious illness, and it’s OK to stop obsessing about it.
