UK bill of rights.....oh. Sorry. One reason our kin folk left.

Actually the UK has/had a Bill of Rights, but under their system, any part of it can be altered or abolished by a simple majority of Parliament.

The main reason our kin left was because they weren’t enjoying the freedoms and rights afforded to Englishmen under the English Bill of Rights.

Maybe that’s what branDUHn was “thinking’ of when he said they’re not absolute. Anyway, my kin were Dutch on one side. Around 1630 from what I can find.
