I also learned that the one watching out from that window had to go downstairs and let someone in who lacked the code to unlock the entry door to the building. Was there communications about that door? If that happened, why wasn’t someone at that window while he was gone?

And that takes what, a minute? Maybe two if you stop to pee on the way back up? How did he manage to not look out the window the rest of the day before/after letting someone in the door?

This window watch duty was a massive failure, or a deliberate act. Otherwise, there would have been accountability; also, the naming of those who failed.
