Yep, the woman’s fiancé is the suspect. Fiancé’s father is a Judge. Shapiro went to school with the Judge’s daughter , nice and comfy arrangement .

Was initially ruled a homicide, Shapiro fixed it for the Judge’s family.

Fwiw, the Penn Supreme Court is looking at the case now.
