A Pennsylvania appeals court today ruled that images of completed absentee and mail-in ballots are public records under state election law, after a voter sought such records from the 2020 election.
The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania says a lower court erred in holding that images of absentee and mail-in ballots were shielded from public disclosure under Section 308 of the Election Code, which says certain election materials are available to the public “except the contents of ballot boxes and voting machines and records of assisted voters …”
In its opinion, the court said the Common Pleas court failed to recognize that other provisions in the state’s election code “designate images of absentee and mail-in ballots as public records.”
Additionally, digital “images of cast absentee and mail-in ballots cannot be considered the contents of voting machines,” the court said. This doesn’t apply to completed in-person ballots.

This ruling will allow public access to an electronic copy of the images of all mail-in ballots and an electronic copy of the images of the outer envelopes. This is HUGE and the VOTE-FRAUD DemocRATS must be crying.
FYI
How do I find out how many of my dead relatives voted?
My brother moved to Ohio from Texas about 5 years ago. Texas counties have a voter lookup feature. I looked up his name 3 years after he moved, and he was still registered to vote in Texas.
I’m not sure what action should trigger removal from a voter roll, but residents are under no apparent obligation to tell the state, “hey, I’m not here anymore.”
It’s a serious exposure.
PA is run by corrupt dems. They will most likely quickly change the law to cover up the fraud.
try the app.
did my dead relatives vote dem, again.
Well, if they are dead, still on the Pennsylvania registered voter rolls and somebody voted for them using mail-in ballots… the envelope (containing voter identification information) that contained the ballot will be included on the electronic image provided. I’m sure that vote integrity groups (True the Vote, etc) will be doing a lot of cross checking against other files.
Great news.
If you ever carried ballot petitions you could bet that you would knock on doors where the person listed had died, it's embarrassing. But it always happens so you know there are hundreds if not more in each district.

The FOIA requests will be expedited and you’ll get to see what you asked for in 5 years.
Shapiro, the king of voter fraud will not be happy.
Call me a sceptic because the Republican majority PA State Legislature could have exercised their constitutional powers to put a stop to all the 2020 shenanigans but they did nothing.
“PA is run by corrupt dems. They will most likely quickly change the law to cover up the fraud.”
That’s true, but the legislature may not need to do anything. If/when this is appealed to the Pennsylvania Democrat Supreme Court, we already know what the outcome will be.
The Dems are very close to having full control of PA state government. Thanks to the Democrats gerrymandering the districts, they may be able to flip 3 senate seats in November — exactly the amount they need to take over — and then would control everything. With so many RINO’s in the PA legislature, they pretty much already do have control, but this would be the final nail in the coffin.
Also, when Joshie Shapiwo becomes the VP candidate and then the unthinkable (but hardly improbable) happens in November, those of us here in the People’s Republic of PA will have a totally unqualified incompetent monkey as our new Governor. And wait until you how orgasmic the media gets when THAT happens.
The last decent person to leave PA should remember to turn out the lights.
When my parents moved to Florida, they still had them on the rolls in Memphis 10 years later. I saw their names when I was early voting, and let them know then. I had to sign a form for them to drop them from the rolls.
sunlight = disinfectant
Of course, now that the electronic images must be made public, don’t be surprised if they suddenly experience “unexpected” data loss.
All is the correct answer………D

It wouldn’t surprise me. Since these images would ALL be on one set of records it should be cheap to just make a copy of the whole file. No search fees, etc.
And why can’t I have a copy of my votes?
Would a National vs State ID give better leverage to control voters fraud from remaining on voters rollscin a state after moving out? Is there no solution to this?
