Yeah, in this Algerian boxer’s case (Imane Khelif) it is “Swyer Syndrome” (XY Gonadal Dysgenesis) 1 in 80,000 births genetic defect. “She” apparently did not get “HRT” (hormone replacement therapy) as a teen (rural Algeria heath care probably very lacking) so not many outward female characteristics (breasts).
