The video shows a lot of guys on motorcycles (the army doesn’t do this) in riot gear who are probably police. There is no indication of anything happening.

There is a segment of the vid showing a queue. This maybe was yesterday and they were protecting a voting queue.

Regardless, I see no gunfire in the vid and no army tanks or whatever.
