This article has me thinking about Bush v. Gore.

The Gore machine got within a hair's breadth of stealing FL when SCOTUS shut them down, as I remember. 538 votes.

If (when?) you're gonna steal, you have to be prepared for the same situation. When SCOTUS is called to rule on a dispute over the vote (which you know will happen when you steal), your intimidating angry mob should already be in place around the building.

The last year has been instructive: lawfare is only successful if you own the judge. Look at results of Engoron court vs. Cannon court. Everyone knows this "Reform Initiative" is unconstitutional and impossible. It won't pass, but it can be used to stir up a crowd. This is just prelude, IMHO

When Conservatives were upset with the decisions by the Left-Liberal justices, they offered critical critques of the decisions, they did not attack the insitution of the court or devise schemes to pack the court by changing the rules or charge there is something wrong with how we get our Supreme Court justices.

When the Left-Liberals are unhappy with the decisions by the Supreme Court they devise ways to pack the court by changing the rules. “Term limits” would be just another way for the Left-Liberals to try to pack the court.
