We should lease 24 B 52’s and have them run one flight per hour on Beirut until it’s a heaping pile of rubble. This is the only way Germany was defeated (8th Air Force) and the only way the Japanese were defeated (Nagasaki/Hiroshima).
It would take the Israeli’s a couple of hours to figure out how to operate the B 52’s. We would not even have to send advisors to Israel. Indeed, Israel could even send pilots over to fly them to Israel.
Israeli officials were cursed at and told to leave the funeral by relatives of those killed on the soccer field.
For those who don’t know, the Druze are Arab communities who self govern and are supporters of Israel.
