“His” is here used in its generic sense of “anyone.” I refuse to bow to “inclusive language,” using the silly “his/her” or “them” as a singular pronoun.
the women choosing career over children is causing the problem that is the subject of this thread. Men have been the natural providers for the family since the beginning of time. This is a very recent problem. It has nothing to do with inclusive pronouns.
