I have been reading the Bible from start to finish for the first time, and I just finished the Book of Daniel, so I am getting close to the New Testament.

But what I see here seems very close to the kinds of things God struck down many kingdoms for. It is a bit unnerving to read in that context.

This is the first I heard of it, and I had to see it for myself. It is even worse. It isn't just worshiping false idols, it is intentionally mocking and ridiculing the real God.

And when I see this kind of thing:

It isn't the mark of the beast, it appears to be the mark of woke stupidity. Whenever I see someone make this gesture, I form an instantaneous snap judgement about them that is usually accurate.

They also brought the "golden calf" to insult God even more.....

And of course they made sure to have a child involved. That guarantees it will be extra offensive to normal people, which is of course what they’re going for.
