CRIME Missouri woman Sandra Hemme who spent 43 years in prison freed after murder conviction overturned

The evidence in a murder pointed to a policeman, so they got a woman who was in a mental hospital under heavy anti-psychotic drugs to confess. The confession was basically the only evidence against her. She was sentenced to life without parole. After it was determined she was innocent, the Attorney General wanted her to serve a 10 year and 2 year sentence for offences committed in prison.

She belongs in a mental hospital, but that's " cruel and unusual ". She attacked a prison worker with a razor blade.

Her Being locked up may have saved another life or two.

Makes you wonder who else was railroaded by the same incompetent/malevolent cops, prosecutors, and judges who railroaded Sandra Hemme. The perpetrators will get away with it as usual.
