A co-worker of mine noticed that Biden’s watch didn’t display the correct time and mentioned that too me. I didn’t bother watching the thing, but my position was that if it started on time or close to it, that was proof it was recorded.

If it were live the media would have been there so as to give it the maximum coverage and comment from the site of the speech. Biden is incapable of live coverage. It was recorded and most probably edited. Who has his hand on the nuclear button. Pray that it is not Biden.
