Leftist women are getting their knickers in a twist about how JD Vance, in 2021, described Kamala Harris and other childless leftist women. The fact is that Vance’s colorful language accurately describes a real and troubling phenomenon amongst a certain segment of childless women (not I hasten to add, all childless women) in America.
Soon after Vance announced his candidacy for the Ohio Senate stated during a speech that “the childless left” isn’t committed to America’s future because, without offspring, leftists have no direct stake in the future. In response to Tucker Carlson’s inquiries, Vance expanded on what he meant by that observation:
We’re effectively run in this country via the Democrats, via our corporate oligarchs, by a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made, and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.
And it’s just a basic fact. You look, Kamala Harris. Pete Buttigieg, AOC—the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children. And how does it make any sense that we’ve turned our country over to people who don’t really have a direct stake in it?
I just wanted to ask that question and propose that, maybe, if we want a healthy ruling class in this country, we should invest more, we should vote more, we should support more people who actually have kids because those are the people who ultimately have a more direct stake in the future of this country.
The obvious suspects—the leftist childless cat ladies who chose careers over having children—were outraged. A Google search revealed that among those most outraged was actress Jennifer Aniston (55 years old), a Democrat, Aniston’s outrage even made The Hill:

Repeal the 19th Amendment, and cat ladies will no longer be a concern. Problem solved.
So if Vance wrote “childless blonde cat ladies”, the MSM would be trying to stir up all blonde women against him and the Trump administration. Ignore all the faux outrage, it’s what they do.

I am curious. How did Jennifer Aniston of all people come across this quote from Vance ? Anniston maybe a Hollywood Democrat but she doesn’t strike me as a political junkie who does opposition research. The answer is she didn’t. The quote was given to her by Democrat operatives and opposition researchers and SHE was asked to respond to the quote for maximum effect.
he just needs to tune it out like Trump does. Dont apologize, don’t back down, don’t explain. Just move forward with the message that Harris is a California liberal.

The way the Democrats and liberals do things in politics ,you literally would have to live the life of a saint or a monk ,in order to avoid criticism for something you said or did years ago.

Why? Because they have a weak candidate and they know it. They even kept her hidden for three years to keep her out of the public eye because she was a liability.
A few days ago there was lefty “OUTRAGE” because Vance had made a comment about Harris going to her “college sorority reunion” instead of a speech by the Israeli PM. The left claimed he said “colored” instead of “college” - slowed down, he clearly said “college.” Didn’t matter, Vance (and Trump) will be labeled racists every single day until the election.
Childless cat women are a curse on America.

How many abortions did Jenny have when she was a young aspiring actress? She’s a very attractive woman, I’m sure she wasn’t celibate during those years, and things happen. Those ‘things’ would have been very inconvenient for a young woman on the rise in Hollywood.
I know more than a few women who had multiple abortions when in their 20’s and then try desperately to have children when they reach mid-30’s and fail. They can become very bitter.

Excellent article ... JD’s comment was ‘in context’ when he said it & the author adds to that context from her own experience. Of course the media & the outraged (leftist) ‘cat ladies’ are using this as a weapon against him.
Dr. Ben Carson did an interview with Tucker Carlson (well worth the time to listen) and he talked about traditional families and what happens when people do not marry & do not have kids. Cat ladies ... he didn’t use that term, but it’s generally (not always) what you get ... people only selfishly concerned with themselves.

Vance has said a lot of interesting stuff from a philosophical perspective that could be absolute political poison, such as his proposing that “votes” be given to children, with their parents voting on their behalf - basically weighting elections towards those with more children, and thus encouraging childbearing. Interesting idea, but sounds pretty awful to a lot of people. A VP choice that is a distraction may not be the best idea.
