Everything in the video looks "shiny". AI imagery has almost a glimmer to it. A sheen that makes it look slightly off kilter. That was the biggest sign for me. Then there was his lack of emotion. His verbal patterns. His eyes didn't look right, at times horribly cross-eyed (another AI artifact that hasn't quite been worked out yet).

I know there are now photos showing the First Fraudsters in the Oval Office as Biden is speaking but the speech itself still looks and sounds way off.

I noticed his hands were either moving or folded together. Parkinsons patients usually exhibit what is called a “resting tremor” in their hands. The tremors is not observed when their hands are locked or if they are being moved. Usually seen when hands are hanging down of the sides of the body..
Intermittent freezing up of body is a common occurrence.
If he has Parkinsons he may be getting oral or injectable APOMORPHINE(not a morphine or opiate derivative). APOMORPHINE can allow some alleviation of Parkinson symptoms if only for a short period. Which could be why his engagements are so short.
