I believe we're in extraordinarily-dangerous times in our nation's history.

We are essentially without a functioning government, and by that I mean a government to fulfill the constitutional duties granted it, most notable defense against foreign enemies. We've been without such a government for some time, but it has now become painfully apparent to the world.

We are a sitting duck for some foreign superpower to overtake.

The time HAS to be ripe for some foreign government to make a move - there could hardly be a better time for China to make some moves - I hope not but gee whiz
