Isn’t it a “shared” corp type thing as they’re both on the ticket? If Kamala didn’t run then, yeah, the new contender shouldn’t get the funds but the VP on the ticket shouldn’t be a problem?

That said - I’m enjoying my popcorn…

They're not on the ticket, never were, and now will never be. "Presumed ticket."

It'll be challenged, but unlikely to be resolved by courts before the cash is spent. Potential class action suit.

FEC chairman say law requires return to donors but they are ignoring the law.
