71 in a 35 zone ? I’m not a slow driver, but that’s a bit much.
The story said it was on Speedway near midtown. 71 is a bit brisk, true, but 50 to 55 is merely keeping up with traffic. I was driving on Speedway a little east of there only this afternoon. It’s just not the same since they took out the suicide lanes some years ago.
