I don’t think so. It looks like everyone agrees there’s real problems with some of the evidence in light of the immunity ruling. Could be looking at a mistrial

Sentencing “if necessary” per his order postponing from July to September. Since Bragg used evidence that SCOTUS specifically stated could not be used, Marchon should declare a mistrial. Will he do that? I guess we’ll find out ... if he doesn’t, it will be back to an appeal situation.
