There was a picture the other day that showed that Crooks’s position on the roof would give him a clear shot at PDJT... but for the two snipers, there was a tree in the way so it certainly didn’t look to me like they had a clear shot on Crooks. He was sort of tucked in behind the tree and the two snipers were already on the edge of their roof. The pictures and videos clearly show the two snipers looking in Crooks’s direction but because of the tree, I’ve been thinking that it was someone other than those two who took Crooks out.
In this aerial map, it’s been zoomed in so that the building at the top is where the assassin was and the building at the bottom is where the snipers were. The tree I was referring to can be clearly seen.
There were two groups of two snipers. The closer pair was partially blocked by a tree. The other, further pair, was not.
Maybe that’s why one of the counter snipers took his eye off his scope briefly to have a naked eye view.
