The shot that killed the man who attempted to assassinate former President Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, last Saturday was a "one-in-a-million shot," according to a source familiar with the investigation into the shooting.
Fox News learned from the source the kill shot was a single shot taken by a Secret Service counter sniper whose view was obscured.
A local tactical team also took a shot at the would-be assassin, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, but missed.

Right and it was done NANO seconds after Crooks fired
[So they stationed a Counter Sniper Team in a spot without a clear view of the most likely place a sniper would position himself?
Yet another more thing that makes you go “hmmmm.”]
The aerial photo shows that the SS snipers, who were perched on the far left roof ridge, had an obstructed view of the left side of the roof ridge from where Crooks took his shoots. Crooks had the perfect spot on the perfect roof. His deep state handlers probably marked the spot on the roof where he should set up.
There is some video out there of a FIB Agent hosing a roof off with a water hose.
Because of the sloped roof, don’t ya know. Who could shoot with a sloped roof, says Director Cheeto?
yup
Three words
Wait And Think
or, the police could have been on the same roof as the assassin.....
Audio analysis shows 3 separate shooters outside the counter sniper. 9 shots total. https://rumble.com/v57hp8j-audio-analysis-is-100-clear-trump-and-crowd-were-shot-at-by-two-separate-pe.html
“was obscured by trees and could only see the shooters face.”
Sounds like a God Thing to me. The face is plenty.
No photos of the shooter’s rifle yet? I still remember them holding up the Italian Carcano rifle after the JFK assassination! The photo was used as a major prop to demand a ban on the import of 5 shot bolt action army surplus rifles. In reality the ban was about protecting New England sporting rifle makers from extremely cheap competition.
Now those states have turned on their own gun makers.
Bullshit on top of bullshit
I posted a great photo of the dead shooter with blood all over him on FB and GAB Free Republic pages. The FB faint hearts promptly covered the photo while GAB still had it uncovered on their page.
It should be nationally shown to see how nice it is to go out “in a blaze of gore, not glory!”
If you were a kid in the 1950s you got used to such scenes on the covers of the crime tabloids at the grocery check out stands.
“NOT buying the one in a million status”
Me either. It was a “chip shot” for the idiot. “He was a terrible shot who couldn’t make the shooting team”
But a trained sniper? 1 in a million
Indeed it was a short range for a sniper some make a drop over a mile and a half and some do at a greater range.
Believe a Canadian sniper made a drop at 2 1/4 miles?.
Here you go. Bloody! Warning: GAB has lots of weirdos on it’s pages.

The interesting part for me (reported on FNC last night) is that Crooks didn't use a ladder but accessed the roof via the AC unit .where he had hidden the gun
I’ve been watching a lot of 1930s to 1950s Western movies and the great Western anthology, “Death Valley Days.”
It’s always laughable when somebody gets hit and not only is there any blood or gore, there’s not even a hole in the clothing!
Sound about right.
One thing sillier is a post 1969 movie butchered for TV showing.
I remember Burt Reynolds shooting a bad guy once and the bad guy falls with four bullet holes in him.
LOL...they were over-compensating for the complete lack of bullet holes in previous decades.
