The Democratic National Committee is pressing forward with a virtual roll call to renominate President Biden as more Democrats call on him to end his reelection campaign.
The Democratic National Convention’s Rules Committee met Friday to start discussing the rules for the virtual roll call and agreed to meet again by July 26 to vote on the rules. If approved, the DNC chair, Jaime Harrison, and the convention chair, Minyon Moore, will set a date for the virtual roll call.

Starting to ooking like the Crypt Keeper. Yup, I’m that old.
I think they will let him get “nominated” and then he will quit. Then the convention opens up and only the delegates and super delegates will vote for WHOMEVER the top people in the party pick ... this gives Obama full control of choice. 100% Communist!
Do it, absolutely do it! Then all that’s left is the 21st Amendment. What a show this could be!
Concur.
Doctor jill has hired a food taster that will also test old joe’s medicines.
“...that 98 year old Vet was way better off than Biden even on a good day!”
No kidding. That guy was sharp as can be. Biden hasn’t been that sharp in years.
What the heck is a “virtual roll call”? Does that mean using Zoom for roll call and Biden can hide out in his basement?
Or are they going to use drop boxes with stacks and stacks of phony 3 am “present” shoutouts?
So the dems are rewriting their rules on the fly? Sounds pretty normal to me.
How many times will they tweak their new rules before actual voting begins?
Obama is much more charismatic than either of these two, and he was the first. No one other than diehard liberals would feel compelled to vote for them.
Absentee ballots, too? /s
Food for thought:
‘They’ gave him ‘something’, told him it’s covid and...
...the rest may be history.
What a joke.
