Seriously, if President Biden is not competent to stand trial, if he is not competent to run for re-election, he is not competent to remain as president. Let the Democrats explain why this isn’t this true.
If he resigns and Kamala steps up as president, then she has to defend the status quo or reject Biden's performance for the last four years. Either is a bad course of action for her.
If Kamala can run for president from the VP position she can pretend to be loyal to Biden and at the same time announce at every whistle stop she will be a new and improved agent of change if given the chance.
“I will complete President Biden's legacy that he begun recently after he turned his life around.”
Double talk like that should not work but it absolutely can when fed to dem voters.
