How did the kid know that that particular building would not be guarded by law enforcement?I do not think he knew. He had a hunch it would be unguarded. He was probably shocked to see it unguarded on that fateful day.

There’s Video of him doing exactly opposite of everyone there. He stood out like a sore thumb.
They took pictures of him after they saw him looking up at the roof when he was right up against the building. That was 30 minutes before the shooting.
He was VIP material. They did nothing!
