The Stupid Party needs to stand rock solid on the qualifications to substitute candidates in each of the states elections.
If Jopedo can't be replaced on a ballot in a state for whatever reason, the republicans can't pizz around and say “what the hell, you can add somebody”.

It’s all about the money, and immunity, so here’s how I’d see if I were Biden. He cannot be forced out because, ultimately, he has the delegates and the rules behind him. But, if he does not win, he loses both his campaign money and any prospect of immunity. However, if he makes a deal with the Democrats and their new candidate does not beat Trump, again, he loses both. Ironically, since the odds favor Trump no matter who replaces him, Biden’s smartest option is to cut his deal with the Republicans: I stay in the race and you agree not to prosecute me or my family. If that does happen, no one will ever know it.
