You already pointed that out.   I was just making the comment that hardly anyone not familiar with the State would know who the governor of Pennsylvania is by only a surname, but almost every one seeing the surname Shapiro will think Ben Shapiro.   Even a Google search gives the first choice Ben Shapiro.
