Food for thought. Pa is an open carry state. You can carry openly without a license. So, the prep could have a weapon and it was carried openly. Now what if the SS shot him before he took a shot. My issue is not how the perp was handled.

My issue is that the people on the stage should have received a timely warning that there was a potential threat.

Get the people off the stage first—then deal with the potential perp.
