I love that term! New to me.
I see “cry bullies” a lot in reference to Hamas.
They invade Israel, kill civilians, rape, and take hostages and then cry to the media about the mean Jews who beat them up gettting the hostages back.
The cry bully strategy is tried and true strategy of the Left.
