When their charge gets fired upon from 150 yards away, the SS are fully to blame. They are in charge & should be assigning any supplemental LE to exact positions with detailed instructions down to knowing who is going to be where at what time. If the counter sniper team(s) truly had eyes on the shooter for 3 minutes waiting for permission to shoot, the person that made those rules of engagement should be brought up on charges. Last night I was of the opinion it was just a major f up by SS, but today I’m not so sure. There are too many coincidences that just don’t add up.

What I mean by i’m not so sure it was an F up, is that I am getting closer to it was a setup.

Exactly.
It’s “almost like he was given detailed information on where to be”.
And he screwed up.
Heck, he got spotted and highlighted by people, and the cops went Mr Magoo over it.
