I'd wager more than a few folks I know and don't know could make that shot with a handgun.
Just saying.
Surprised the people around him didn’t throw bottles or something at him. Was just right there. Of course they were afraid he would turn the gun on them. Saw a video from other side of building that saw him taking the shots and then they said he turned towards them. A second later he was taken down. He likely thought he could turn and get back down the roof and out of sight of snipers. Would like to know what the view was from the security scope.
