When asked how the shooting at Trump’s rally will impact the convention plans, Whaltey said, “In terms of the physical sense of the arena set, the security is here, and we feel very comfortable that we’re working with the Secret Service; we’re working with 40 different law enforcement agencies in terms of what that security is going to look like.”

I honestly thought that headline was from the Babylon Bee.

Somebody with an IQ above ape level might want to review what happened in PA and see if any of the issues just might be relevant to the convention.

Those apes might want to start with security coverage of “the high ground”, communications and command and control protocols, rules of engagement protocols etc etc etc.
