Is it possible at this point that all his social media’s contents and all his phone records including his gps whereabouts in past 5 years are obtained by investigators ? Can dead man hire attorney?

A dead person can’t hire an attorney except as an estate.
OTOH, a dead person can certainly vote democrat in many jurisdictions. So it’s at least not all bad for them?
