Haw, these newish multi position 18 ft ladders are less than $200 and less than 50 lbs, some brands have wheels. Hell the Harbor freight version on sale is $100.

Here is the Harbor freight version, goes on sale all the time $100-$120. I have it and easily drag (no wheels) it around at age 65.

When I first got mine (yes, HF), it was an awkward and clumsy deal trying to get it positioned correctly, like a 10 minute struggle. Hope the neighbors weren’t watching!
