He made the shooter rush his shot.

Little things are important in the battle. What if the officer had not distracted the shooter?
He made the shooter rush his shot.
Leading to the non-fatal hit.
Was it the first shot that hit President Trump? That one didn’t seemed rushed. It was spot on and would have done the job but Trump’s slight turn of his head at that same moment saved him from death. The other shots went wild hitting the rally attendees. I guess that’s when the shooter realized his time was short. However, SS let him get off those several shots before taking him out.
The number of failures by both SS and local cops are about too numerous to list.
I don't think he rushed his shot. The only thing that saved Trump was that he turned his head slightly at the last moment.
He hit Trump twice.
One just missed an eye shot and a shot in the vest
It looks like when Trump turned his head that one movement saved his life. Otherwise he would have been hit right in the temple.
Has anyone seen what type of rifle was used? At first it was reported to be a .22 lr but that doesn’t seem right.
Are you serious? If indeed a law enforcement officer retreated, and did not confront, that’s pathetic and derelict. Thank goodness he retreated and only one person was killed IS NOT OK.
He climbs a ladder using 2 hands. As soon as he starts over the top the gunman points a gun at him. What is he suppose to do? No time to pull his weapon and shoot so he backs down under cover and evaluates the situation. In those few seconds the gunman fires, the gunman is killed, and any one going on the roof right then is another suspect.
