I missed the opening seconds, mostly he kept to the teleprompter but that was a challenge for him. He barely keeps it together. It is unmistakeable even in these short moments.

Garland, Harris, and others were there, so maybe they discuss his future. Maybe they make 8 p.m. a resignation and call on everyone to reduce the rhetoric. As it is him administration that failed yesterday, will he take the blame?
