The ONLY reason Biden should address the nation is to resign for himself stating violent rhetoric against Trump and for allowing others in his own party to do so. All those who've advocated violence against Trump should be arrested for incitement to violence and murder.

Well that’s what he should do, but he wont.
What he’ll probably do is just offer an apology for his violent rhetoric, accept some responsibility because of that rhetoric and drop all fake charges against Trump and remind the American people that Trump was President for four years and another four years will not destroy democracy, will not destroy the country and they basically have two sets of policies to choose from. Another 4 years of Biden or another 4 years of what we already had with Trump.
