A staff member of a Mississippi Democratic congressman took to social media and said she wished the shooter who tried to take Donald Trump's life had better aim.
On Saturday evening, shortly after Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, attempted to assassinate the former president during a rally in Pennsylvania, Jacqueline Marsaw, the field director for Mississippi Congressman Bennie G. Thompson shared a vile post on Facebook about the attack.
Trump was left bloodied and hurt during the assassination attempt as he was seen suddenly grabbing hold of his ear as loud bangs rang out and whizzed by before he ducked to the floor.
Marsaw, 61, the president and vice president of a local NAACP in Natchez, Mississippi, garnered attention of Republicans across the country. She has since deleted the post and her account, but screenshots have been reposted across social media.
She shared: 'I don't condone violence but please get some shooting lessons so you don't miss next time ooops that wasn't me talking.'
Marsaw has since been fired from her position. 'I was made aware of a post made by a staff member and she is no longer in my employment,' Thompson said.
In a follow up post, she said: 'That's what your hate speech got you!!'
Marsaw, who is also secretary, president and vice president of a local NAACP, was previously venerated as a 'hometown hero' by WJTV.

Not only is that statement traitorous but not even possible because the perp is dead. Wow such evil and stupidity.
Here is the thing - she felt confident enough in her employer’s atmosphere that she knew she could post something so violent and was probably surprised at the repercussion of losing her job.
The Democrats have created this monster of hatred. Biden can barely release a statement saying he's grateful Trump survived without reversing things he said earlier.
This staffer is being fired for being too forthright about her party's mainstream beliefs.

Says the woman spewing vile hate speech and promoting murder to deal with political opposition, like the United States is some third-world, tin pot dictatorship. It’s almost unfathomable how hypocritical and un-self-aware so many on the left have been, as they have done everything they can to slander, lie, and dehumanize Donald Trump and half the electorate brave enough to have different views from them.
It’s almost like Satan has blinded their eyes so that they are incapable of taking an honest look at themselves and realizing they are everything they are accusing Trump and Republicans of being and that they fundamentally promote everything they claim they are fighting. They are what they are warning us against.

She slipped and made her true feelings known. She is part of the Mississippi NAACP. They wish us dead or in concentration camps. Anyone that observes the attitudes of Congressman Bennie Thompson’s district, know that they are racist and violent. I left Mississippi after living near his district for over 35 years and observed the attitudes and actions of them first hand.
