Wow. Thats crazy. Was told by the head guy not to engage. Hhmmm and for over 3 minutes. That would explain why the red hair guy said he was telling the cops for over 3 minutes that he watched him climb up the back of building. The head guy needs to be heavily questioned as to why not engage. Why not send the police up. I also heard cops had a drone in the air also.

If this is true, why didn't the Secret Service agents around Trump knock him down to get him out of the line of fire BEFORE the perp fired?

And why weren't the by-standers' reports of a man with a gun immediately passed to the agents around Trump?
