Exactly. Experienced shooters who consider 130 yards an easy shot (it is) are not shooting at a moving target. And it isn't entirely fair to say "missed", even - he did hit the target, just not where he wanted to. And Trump didn't have to move by much for that X-ring to become a 6.
We got lucky. Call it divine intervention if you like. I sure wouldn't try to talk anyone out of it.
