I’ve privately thanked God a few times already for his divine intervention.

My church has been praying that God would protect President Trump from assassins for over 6 months now.

Instead of wanting revenge, we need to observe this:

I want you to be wise in what is good and innocent in what is evil.  The God of Peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.

The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. Romans 16:19-20

We need to follow the Spirit in peace, not violence. God will soon crush Satan under our feet.
