Normally they don’t ‘drag’ injured or dead people out of a crowd.
I didn’t think that either at the time, but then there has been no mention of it.
Now I understand right after it happened why we heard the media saying that it could be related to an incident outside the venue.
After seeing that TMZ video I can see that is was directly related.
