It isnt a case of perfection being possible. It’s a question of was what happened easily foreseeable and preventable? And it was. Easily. Deepstate. So many people predicted this beforehand it’s ridiculous.
No doubt about it!
But, without expecting perfection, I think it would still be useful to get Bennie Thompson in a public hearing and grill him about his bill to totally strip DJT of his SS protection detail.
Was it entirely his idea? If not who suggested it to him?
Is he fine with the idea that a former POTUS and his family would be left to fend for themselves against all the malevolent
actors in the world who might hold a grudge against him?
IMO he should be pressed hard in a public forum to answer all of those questions and more.
