I find the witness very credible—and his account totally believable.
His body language is solid—his emotion seems very real.
That was kind of my point in an earlier post about concealing a weapon - breakdown rifle or not - in the middle of July. Maybe it was in a bag? Down his pants? (no jokes, please...). But, either way, a lot of questions need to be asked.
Could easily be corroborated by others near him.
