I would suspect the shooter used a 22 auto pistol. Shot fired rapid and since the shooter was on the ground and shooting upward, the rounds went up and away.
Somebody needs to be taken into custody aside from the shooter. I.E. that son of a bitch cheering for his assassination the other day.
